Independent study proves the high quality image of EnviTec Biogas

Nine out of ten customers would use the services of EnviTec Biogas AG again

Lohne, 5th July 2011 – The high quality biogas plants, the company's many years of experience in plant construction, and the EnviTec technical concept are the most important buying criteria for customers and other parties interested in the EnviTec Biogas Company. These are the results of an extensive survey, which was conducted on customers and interested parties by Professor Christoph Kolbeck from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HAWK) in Hildesheim. The independent study attests to EnviTec's top quality values. For example, 90 percent of customers who participated in the survey would contract EnviTec to install their biogas plant again – according to a study by the agricultural engineering magazine "profi", the industry average lies at 72 percent.

89 customers (return rate of 50 percent) and 20 interested parties (return rate of 40 percent) took part in the intensive survey conducted by the scientists at the HAWK Hildesheim. EnviTec has been able to draw important conclusions from the wide-ranging data set; including information concerning what is particularly relevant to customers, and where the company can further improve. Once again, it is the high quality image that EnviTec enjoys that clearly catches the eye when one considers the answers given to the wide-ranging questions posed during the survey. The reliable and innovative technology used in the biogas plants that are installed by EnviTec is a decisive buying criterion for the majority of customers and interested parties. Overall, the need for repairs was also considered to be extremely low.

The survey also saw good marks being awarded to the different stages along the path to achieving a smooth-running biogas plant, during which EnviTec provides its clients with intensive advice and support: The customers surveyed displayed an above-average level of satisfaction with the tendering and authorisation stage, the plant construction, commissioning and the customer service. "We are especially proud of this, as it is part of our business strategy to provide our customers with the best possible support throughout the entire process of acquiring an efficient biogas plant", said Olaf von Lehmden, chairman of the board for EnviTec Biogas AG.
