Ulf Hüttmeyer

Chairman of the supervisory board

Ulf Hüttmeyer is Executive Vice President at EMP Structured Assets GmbH in Munich.

After acquiring a bachelor’s in business studies with a major in banking at the Private University for Business and Technology (PHTW) in Vechta in 1996, he then took a dual business studies course at Vechta University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 1999, graduating with a ‘Diplomkaufmann’ (FH) degree. During this time (1996–1999), he also worked as a credit analyst at Commerzbank in Bremen. Until 2003, he was Senior Relationship Manager for the Transportation and Energy segments at Commerzbank in Singapore, before being appointed Key Account Manager for Region East at Commerzbank in Berlin. In 2004, he was subsequently promoted to Director of the same Key Account Management unit for Region East at Commerzbank, a post he held until 2006. His subsequent career took him to Air Berlin, where he served as CFO until 2015, followed by a position as Senior VP at Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi until 2017 and then a directorship at Knighthood Capital Partners in Malta. Since 2020, he has been Executive Vice President at EMP Structured Assets GmbH in Munich.

Alongside his responsibilities as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at EnviTec, Ulf Hüttmeyer currently holds a position as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Hansen & Heinrich AG, a Berlin-based wealth management company.

Michael Böging

Deputy Chairman

A banker by profession, Michael Böging completed his training in banking services at the Landessparkasse zu Oldenburg bank from 1971 to 1974. He then served as a short-term career soldier in the German Navy from 1974 to 1976. He was Assistant to the Manager of the Credit Department at Volksbank Visbek from 1976 to 1978, and Sales Manager at Kathmann Poultry Projects in Vechta and Chur (Switzerland) from 1978 to 1981. Two directorships then followed – as Managing Director of Südoldenburger Tierfrischmehl in Diepholz until 1986 and Managing Director of Pilzkulturen Wesjohann in Rechterfeld from 1984 to 1997. He then joined the Emstek-based Technoplant as Managing Partner in 1997 before moving to his current position as Managing Partner of Weiße Köpfe Group in 1999.

Alongside his role as a Member of the Supervisory Board at EnviTec, Michael Böging currently holds no other positions in supervisory boards or other supervisory organs, nor has he held such positions during the last five years.

Silvia Breher

Member of the Supervisory Board

A lawyer by profession, Silvia Breher studied law and completed her legal internship at the University of Osnabrück from 1992 to 2000. She worked as an independent solicitor until 2018 while also holding the post of Managing Director of the Vechta Regional Agricultural Association from 2011 to 2017. She has been a directly elected Member of the German Bundestag since 2017. She was a member of the Committee on Food and Agriculture until 2021 and has been a member of the Committee on Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth since 2017. In 2021, she was appointed Chairwoman of the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, and she has also maintained her activities in the Committee on Food and Agriculture as a deputy member. She has held the positions of Chairwoman of the CDU Oldenburg Regional Association and Deputy Federal Chairwoman of the CDU since 2019.
